Lea is a Director of Research for the Financial Services Practice at CEB TowerGroup specializing in Capital Markets back-office research and advisory. She has over 10 years of experience doing consulting and system implementation.

Previously, Lea was the Director of Program Management for Capital Markets at Fannie Mae. In that role, she had primary responsibility for streamlining the trade lifecycle for the capital markets area, including integration of 20 front-office systems, as well as simplifying the asset management structure. Prior to that role, she worked in other capacities for Fannie Mae, including Accounting and Enterprise Program Management and also worked in consulting for Bearing Point and Capgemini. Additionally, Lea has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a Master’s Degree from Georgetown University.
